TWISTED-DOCTOR had previously added 5 new pages to Doll Eye's former official site from when it was originally planned to be a webcomic, which seemed to tease something. It is unknown what the teasers meant and the only current information is from the images.
The 5 pages of teasers can no longer be found on the website, as they have been removed by TWISTED-DOCTOR.

- A character is in danger. However, their name is unknown.
- The dangerous character that is chasing them seems to have a 3 letter name.
- There is a place called "Sunshinefields".
- The first teaser came out on Feb 9th, 2019.
- If you put your mouse over the fifth teaser on the site, the message, "Why don't you just kill yourself?" will appear.
DOLL EYE - CHAPTER 1 -APRIL FOOLS EDITION-
- There was a Doll Eye April fools joke that may show what Doll Eye will be like.
- If you brighten teaser 4, the word LIE can be seen repeated across the entire image.
- Teaser 7 has words hidden in plain sight. Since the website has a black background, the words can only be seen when the teaser is saved as an image.
